Many greetings to you, lovely soul!

First and foremost, I wish to extend my gratitude and appreciation to YOU!
I am grateful for your interest in living your life fully, following your dreams, pursuing your happiness, finding inner peace, and experiencing the joy of grace, love, compassion, kindness, and mindfulness! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey!

Did you know that cultivating gratitude boosts your happiness, health and relationships?
And did you know that your happiness and fulfillment is beneficial to those around you? Our actions, words and thoughts hold vibrations and influence our environment. So let’s start with ourselves and cultivate gratitude, love and happiness. Spark that light within yourself and then shine it out into the world. Spread gratitude and happiness today and every day!

Take a moment and place both of your hands on your heart. Close your eyes, and inhale and exhale deeply.
Now think about three things that you are grateful for. Bring that sensation of love and gratitude to your heart and let the emotions expand. Allow yourself to deeply feel the gratitude for all the blessings in your life. Continue to breathe calmly and, when you feel ready, gently open your eyes.
How was this exercise for you? How do you feel?
I encourage you to share the energies that you just created by letting you loved ones know how much they mean to you, by spreading kindness, compassion, love, and joy.

Thanksgiving is a holiday to remind us of all the abundance and beauty in our lives, our relationships, loved ones, animal companions, home, food, warmth and kindness that surround us. While it is a wonderful day to be grateful, I would like to encourage you to not only give thanks on Thanksgiving but to feel gratitude from your heart every day of your amazing life.

It is important to remember that cultivating gratitude is a practice. It can be a little more challenging in the beginning and gets easier the more you practice. Eventually our neurological pathways change toward more positive patterns, helping us to perceive all our blessings more easily.

Practicing gratitude rewards us with fulfillment, happiness, and abundance. When we focus on the good in our life, and fully appreciate our blessings, we attract more of those. Like the famous quote by James Redfield states “Where Attention goes Energy flows; Where Intention goes Energy flows.”

Many Blessings from my heart to yours on Thanksgiving and Always!
