Greetings to you, beautiful soul, and welcome our series of articles that aim to provide you with tools, inspiration, and insight on how to empower yourself.
Today I would like to invite you to open your mind. What does that mean? Well, imagine you could see the world through the eyes of a child. To a child everything is new, exciting and magical. An adult has experienced, learnt and seen things that now shape how he or she sees the world.
What would happen if you could release preconceptions and instead embrace new insights, views, and ideas?
If you believe that you already know everything, your mind is closed and there is nothing new for you to experience or learn. However, if you keep your mind open, you may be surprised how much more there is to understand, discover, experience, learn and find. When you keep a beginner’s mind you stay open to new possibilities, insights, opportunities and magic.
That concept also translates to the practice of yoga. So no matter how advanced you may already be in your practice, I invite you to keep your mind open and allow me to guide you through a gentle yoga practice today.
If you are brand new to yoga, welcome!
