Fall is a time of letting go of what is no longer needed. It is a season of reflection, rest, release, and transition. As we turn inward, we note where we are in life, how far we have come to manifesting our heart’s desires, and reaffirm the intentions of where we want to be.

When we slow down we can consciously move through the transition of the seasons as well as changes in our life.

What better way
then to take some time off and
escape for a day of relaxation!

Let’s spend the day together learning to apply the teachings of yoga, guided meditation, and empowerment coaching to overcome areas in your life where you feel stuck, and create a balanced, relaxed state of health and wellbeing. Let this retreat support you in manifesting your dreams into reality.

We are hosting the retreat in the lovely Abalone Room at the Little River Inn, Little River, California. (If you come from out of town, the Little River Inn offers very nice accommodation.)

The retreat includes a yoga practice (all levels are welcome), guided meditation, mindfulness, coaching and journaling on emotional freedom, intrusive thoughts and intentions, yin (restorative) yoga, and a soothing yoga nidra (yogic sleep). Furthermore we will have the cozy crackling of a fireplace, amazing ocean views and a big deck.

Monday, November 6th,

will start at 9.00 a.m. and finish around 3.00 p.m.

Snacks and tea will be provided. Please bring your own lunch and water.

The fee depends on the amount of people signing up. We already have 4 people registered!

$ 120 per guest for group of 6

$  95 per guest for group of 8

$  80 per guest for group of 10 or more
