What are you grateful for today? When you think about that question you may realize that first only a few things come to mind. Then, the more you contemplate, more and more comes up and there eventually seems to be a wave of abundance that you can be grateful for. People who are grateful are generally happier.





Are you open to exploring the world of gratitude?

Would you be willing to make this day the most exciting and happy day for yourself and others? Remember to smile, do things that bring you happiness, take a moment to smell the roses, breathe in the fresh air, enjoy the sunshine, give someone a big hug, and most importantly enjoy life!

Is there anything you can do for someone else that will bring a smile on their face, help or support an animal? Doing acts of kindness and being of service to others opens the door to fulfillment and happiness.
