Greetings to you, beautiful soul, and welcome to part two of our new series of articles that aim to provide you with tools, inspiration, and insight on how to empower yourself.
Achieving a flow state supports you in being in the present, truly alive, focused and aware. When you flow with the rhythm, instead of against it, you align yourself with the universe and remain open to new opportunities. In that moment you can feel every feeling, enjoy every smell, sight, sound, taste, touch, and experience every emotion fully.

I encourage you to practice mindfulness, and ancient healing traditions like meditation, yoga, pranayama (breath-work), etc. to cultivate awareness of your intuition, and inner wisdom. The deeper your awareness, the deeper the natural flow state will be available to you.

If you are new to yoga, you may like to request videos for beginners to get started with. If you already have a little yoga experience, I encourage you to give this video it a try and do the best you can.
