Women’s & Mother’s Day Special

This is a celebration of all women, whether they have given birth or not, to celebrate who they are and what they offer to this world.


Taking care of our own wellbeing is a very important aspect as only then can we take care of others. Fill yourself with love and happiness first and let it then overflow and spread effortlessly to others. You will notice who the world around you seems to change and shift as you change yourself.

You are invited to bring someone you love the gift of wellbeing. Bring your mom, daughter, best friend or spouse to our yoga classes on

      Monday, May 12 for a Hatha Celebration

      Tuesday, May 13th for a Vinyasa Celebration


      Wednesday, May 14th of a Gentle Yoga Celebration.

The person you will bring will receive their class for free, so hurry and reserve your spot.

Please register by Saturday, May 10th.
