Classes take place on three consecutive Tuesdays in January to start your new year empowered, joyful, balanced and happy. You can choose to take an individual class or sign up for the series. First session starts on Tuesday, January 13, 3.45 – 5.00 pm. Fee for one class $25, Class Series $65.
