“The more you celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate.” ~ Oprah Winfrey
“Whether this moment is happy or not depends on you. It’s you that makes the moment happy. It’s not the moment that makes you happy. With mindfulness, concentration and insight, any moment can become a happy moment. Happiness is an art.” ~Thich Nhat Hanh
Are you ready to live your life more fully? Are you open to invite happiness, fulfillment and magic into your life? Well, who wouldn’t want any of that?!?
One way to implement a positive change in your life is to become aware of all your accomplishments throughout the day. Even if you are going through challenging times or dealing with everyday work or life situations, do your best to find all the small and big things that you succeed in. You may not be able to meet all your own expectations or check off all the to do’s on your list, yet every day there are many things that you accomplish. You may intend to clean your house and start by cleaning the closet in your bedroom or maybe get to cleaning the whole bedroom or even several rooms in your house. No matter how much you cleaned, the fact that you started on your task and accomplished something is worth celebrating! We usually only celebrate the big things in life, like birthdays, weddings, etc. This approach of celebrating the small things in your life, draws in more things to celebrate. It raises your vibration – and the vibration of all the wonderful people celebrating with you – let’s you go with the flow and shifts you to a zone of magic and synchronicity.
Celebrating your life, celebrating the moment and all the small and big things that you accomplish, creates miracles and many magical moments that you may have not been aware otherwise. It allows you to pause, refresh and reset while rewarding you. You may ask what an appropriate celebration might look like. And the answer is that it may be different for everybody. Some people like to reward themselves with a lovely dinner in their favorite restaurant, break out a bottle of champagne or have a glass of wine, make their favorite juice out of fresh fruit and vegetables, have a cup of tea, coffee, chocolate, go on a hike, practice yoga, go dancing, get together with family or friends, ride their horse, watch a movie, read a good book…just to give you some ideas…. The point is to pause and celebrate.
Celebrate your life and all the wonderful moments in your amazing life!
