Can you relate to the experience of feeling a change within yourself or others telling you that you have changed?

As you step on to a new path in your life, your mindset and attitude change and you observe circumstances in a different way. Maybe you have taken up a practice like yoga, meditation, or other related studies and realize one day that your perception has changed. You may be more aware of your intuition, thoughts, needs and about what is really important to you in your life. You may have found greater clarity, a sense of appreciation, mindfulness, gratitude and inner guidance.
