“Autumn is a second spring
when every leaf is a flower.”
~ Albert Camus

Autumnal Equinox is the day when day and night are divided equally.

As the days get shorter and the nights longer, nature asks us to slow down, and to go within. Here we can connect to our inner love, harmony and strength, nourishing and kindling our inner light which will illuminate our path through the dark hours of fall and winter.

“Autumn mornings: sunshine and crisp air,
birds and calmness,

year’s end and day’s beginnings.”
~ Terri Guillemets

As we align ourselves with the changes in nature, and gather our harvest, we give gratitude and appreciation to the fruit of our dreams. It is also a time to reflect on what is important to us and what what no longer serves us. The beginning of autumn reminds us that our life is NOW. Make yourself a priority, give yourself time to do what is important to you NOW, and enjoy.

“Autumn is the season of change.”
~ Taoist proverb
