Deepen your yoga practice by strengthening your body.

Stronger muscles allow you to deepen your practice and hold poses for longer.
New poses will become available and you will notice a shift in your practice.
Come and strengthen your body, mind, emotions, and spirit with a series of classes designed to target specific body groups.
We’ll complete the series by adding it all together.

Wednesday, February 24      Strengthen Your Core and Back
Wednesday, March 2             Strengthen Your Arms and Shoulders
Wednesday, March 9             Strengthen Your Legs and Gluts
Wednesday, March 16           Full Body Strengthening Yoga

You can pick and choose your class(es).
To receive maximum benefit, I recommend taking all classes.
Each 75-minute class starts at 4.00 p.m.
The fee for an individual class is $25.
