Wake up with early morning Yoga ~ new classes

Please join us for our new morning yoga classes.

We will practice a more invigorating style of yoga, called Vinyasa.

In Vinyasa yoga we flow through a series of asanas (poses) guided by our breath.

Inhale awareness, exhale to feel the joy in every pose.

This breath- synchronized class will lift your spirits and raise your energy levels while keeping you safe.

You will build strength, endurance, flexibility, sculpt your muscles and burn calories.

Feel refreshed, energized and ready for the day!

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS
7.00 – 8.00 a.m.
