We are so pleased to announce that upon request Mendocino Healing is adding a Core Toning & Strengthening class to the weekly schedule.

If you have been taking the Core Strengthening Series, this class offers you a wonderful way to sustain and further enhance the strength that you have already built up in your muscles.

If you weren’t able to take the Core Series, this class invites you to slip away from your desk and spend your lunch time nourishing your body, mind and spirit while strengthening and toning your whole body.

Building up strengths in our core improves our posture, prevents back pain and injuries, boosts our digestion and promotes the feeling of centeredness in our bodies. As our self-esteem is connected to our abdominal center, you will notice that once you start working those muscles regularly they fortify quickly, contributing to a feeling of empowerment and resilience.

Each class we will target your core, glutes, thighs and arms and finish off with a soothing and well-deserved Savasana.

The first class will take place on Tuesday, November 2nd, at 11.45 am – 12.24 pm. Please register by email to Tanja@MendocinoHealing.com at least 24 hours in advance of the class if you would like to participate. Drop-in fee: $15

5-class package: $50.
